Allison will never forget the moment—wrapping gifts alongside her sister-in-law, a woman who had become a true sister over five years of shared holiday joy.

In an instant, the atmosphere shifted as shocking news was shared: her brother and sister-in-law were told they would never conceive. Tears and unbelief filled the room, and from that day forward, everything changed.

A year later, a glimmer of hope appeared. They wondered if In Vitro Fertilization could be the redemptive answer to their prayers. It was a path worth pursuing, regardless of the daunting financial investment or emotional strain. As her family sought a miracle, Allison experienced an overwhelming personal stirring—a call from God so intense she could not ignore it. She felt an undeniable leading to step into something new.

That heartbreaking conversation in 2010 eventually led her to answer a clarion call, leaving her corporate career in 2012 to launch an IVF insurance product that financially reimburses couples who do not achieve live birth after 3 attempts. It was the beginning of an unexpected journey where she discovered her purpose, experienced God's miracles, and learned to walk in hope and new life. Months into this transition, she became "Aunt Alli" to a precious baby girl, and just before Vitality Solutions was born, she became "Aunt Alli" again to a baby boy.

Now 14+ years later, this clarion call has grown into a life journey that is immeasurably more than all she could ask for or imagine of creating, launching and managing redemptive solutions that have not been in the marketplace, and sharing her expertise by consulting and coaching entrepreneurs.
