Allison Madrigal is the Founder and Principal of Vitality Solutions.
Allison graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing in 2002 and received her MBA from the University of Houston in 2009. She spent over ten years in corporate America where she managed $4M in insurance premiums and a $10M sales territory before answering a clarion call from God leading her out of her 10+ years in Corporate America to create and launch an IVF insurance product that reimburses those for whom IVF does not result in live birth. Along with this vision she knew a portion of the profits would be used to fund non-profits fighting sex trafficking, but little did she know she also had a call to create and launch non-profit organization, Rescue America, whose mission that exists to rescue, revive and empower the sexually exploited through a 24/7 rescue hotline and emergency response.
Through 14+ years of creating, launching and managing solutions that had not been in the marketplace Allison has built an extensive background in product development, entrepreneurship, and product entry into the marketplace. She is now using her experience to create new innovative solutions, and share her expertise by consulting and coaching entrepreneurs.
